If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. Email us at cs@dumbcustom.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.

We will arrange a replacement or refund for qualifying items. Since every piece is made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, but we always stand behind the quality of what we make.
